Nashville Design Builders is led by OSHA 30–trained leadership, First Aid certification and electrical operations are supervised under NFPA 70E safety standards. The company maintains active compliance with Tennessee contractor licensing and OSHA/TOSHA safety requirements.
Licensed Electrical Contractor
Nashville Design Builders (NDB) is a fully licensed electrical contractor providing residential and commercial electrical contracting services. Our in-house licensed electricians and electrical contractors deliver complete electrical solutions, including:
- Residential electrical contracting
- Commercial and mixed-use electrical systems
- New construction electrical installations
- Electrical upgrades, service panels, and power distribution
- Code-compliant installations and inspections
All electrical work is performed in full compliance with the Tennessee State Electrical Code and applicable local regulations.
Licensed Plumbing Contractor
Nashville Design Builders (NDB) is a fully licensed Tennessee plumbing contractor. Our in-house licensed plumbers provide residential, commercial, and mixed-use plumbing services including:
- New construction plumbing systems
- Water and sanitary piping installations
- Code-compliant rough-ins and final connections
- Fixture installation and system upgrades
- Plumbing inspections and compliance coordination
All plumbing work is performed in full compliance with the Tennessee Plumbing Code, IPC, and applicable Metro Nashville regulations.
Fully Licensed In-House Trades
NDB operates with fully licensed, in-house electrical and plumbing divisions, allowing tighter quality control, faster schedules, and full code compliance across all phases of construction.
